I like when people complain about getting sniped, it lets me know I shouldn't take them seriously.

Kinda hard to complain about "sniping" when 7 fucking months without a single release have gone by. Lots of dust on those chapters, I'd imagine.
To give you an idea how long it's been, when I saw this in my follows update I was confused because I didn't remember what it was.

Another thing, Moe Panda as a group isn't at fault here, I am the one a fault. As I said earlier in this thread, real life got in my way.
So don't blame the group, blame me.

First of all, Im thankful for scanlators. Otherwise the amount of manga I could read, would be far less. Imo, as long as the quality is decent or good, the first group picking it up, should have the right to scanlate it. But either update regulary or give a hiatus warning. If you dont, you really cant complain after half a year... You can argue with 4, 6 weeks, but def. not after 26..

@JayBae you were wrong using the word snipe, but it doesn’t mean that it doesn’t exist as some people said. Go to Urara Meirochou manga, for example, THAT is a snipe, and that shouldn’t be allowed. With that said, @JayBae only mistake was not announcing a hiatus, if he’s already translating the manga, makes sense not wanting another scan to pick this up, really looking forward to your releases tho. As @Lilliwyt said, all this "misunderstandings" is not enough reason to trashtalk, and I too apologize for my last comment.

I know I could have handled this better. Real life got in the way, I should have announced a hiatus and stuff like that. I didn't, that's my bad. I asked, and @SquigglesJP and co. were gracious enough to give Moe Panda another chance at it and I am incredibly appreciative for that. I'm mixing some things up so releases should be much more consistent going forward.

3 months without update is considered to be picked up.. much less a 7 months one..

not gonna lie thats pretty annoying as this series just out of no where stopped getting translated so pretty sure me and many others thought it was dead and im sure it was

and now that @SquigglesJP decided to pick the series back up and continue now all of a sudden the other group all of a sudden apparently out of nowhere is working on it and have chapters ready??? after 7 +months???

honestly i would love if @SquigglesJP would continue this series cause i feel the other group might just stop again after a few chapters but all in all its pretty annoying for the other group just to out of nowhere just magically reappear all of a sudden after they pretty much dropped the series and now suddenly back when someone else decided to pick it back up

I really feel like some rules need to be agreed on as to what is sniping and what isn't. I feel bad for someone having their hard work devalued by multiple scanlations; At the same time if someone else wants to scanlate it and the raws have already been out for some time, it's kind of selfish to force a whole community and readerbase to wait for your specific scanlation. I appreciate every scanlation that gets posted on this site regardless of the quality, so it bums me out to see the contention between groups. There are way too many arguments over sniping on this site, and the large majority of the time I don't think the "snipers" are doing it out of malicious intent. They just want to release a scanlation so everyone can enjoy the manga that they enjoy, which is why we're all here.

You know you don't have to be mean to the other group ? I mean yes,it's understandable that Squiggle think the other group drop it and it's kinda strange to complain about it the moment it pick up after a 7 months hiatus without explanations but that doesn't you give you the right to trashtalk.
