What the hell did I read? He obviously understands Suya far less than anybody else in this. Based on what is mentioned by him, he probably doesn't even know that she's got OCD for sleeping.

His name is also a reference to the idol Namie Amuro, whose last name is the same as Rei's fake name (Tooru Amuro)

Basically this whole chapter is a parody of the character Rei from Detective Conan,who had a spin off called Zero's Tea Time in the same magazine(that's what the dude is reading on the last page). Making these wild(correct) assumptions and assuming three identities is something he's known for
