This manga is moving waaaaayto fast, the novels pacing was much better. The art is good but doesn’t do the story justice either,

Hmm. He seems a bit naive, but I guess that can be put on her delighting in this world too much and his family sheltering him for 3 years.

Ah, so Daddy is a puppet king. Yeah, there's no way he'd just let Barrase get away with doing all of those theatrics at Hersh's BDay party if he actually held some authority. He looked so sad and uncomfortable cuz he was powerless to do anything about the situation.

@Siikalahna It might be obvious to you, but might not be to everyone else, and the king might not even have enough power to overthrow him. This kind of things has happened numerous times even in real life, in corruption-ridden governments, and good leaders trying to reform their governments, only to be betrayed and overthrown by their own ministers.

Why are they letting the obvious bad guy still live? Just chop his head off, you're the king. Like a loser villain like him could do anything to you, regardless of his "backstory" that we'll be hearing about in the next few chapters. What a stupid plot, author, could you at least try?

the king better have a damn good explanation for being such a pathetic pushover, no matter the power behind these nobles they are in the capital and the soldiers there are loyal to the king, he should be able to arrest them and and rally the army to put down any rebelling family members that tries to free them but instead he just sits on his ass and lets the corruption fester.

this story ain't BL, most characters would be male but it focus on how prince fights with corruption
there will has family's bond, bromance or master-servant's relationship but no BL
