What did you think was going to happen if you treat them like animals? If you want them to work with you you've got to treat them with kindness and care even while you kill most of them. Tell them little lies about how they're going to go to heaven but the ones who survive will get to do wonderful things and then go to super heaven. It's pretty foolish to treat people you're turning into killing machines like cattle.
