@solipsist True, you'd at least hope that even idiots would have some kind of self-preservation that would lead them to stop acting a certain way to ensure their safety, but this kid probably still believes that he's to some extent not touchable. He sees that all these heroes are literally throwing their lives to save him and he knows that he has their full protection. So even if he does feel fear, his trust in the heroes lead him to instantly go back to being cocky when the heroes show up. Especially with S-class heroes. Maybe if he understands that even S-class heroes cannot always save him will his confidence based upon his reliance on the heroes be broken.

page 3 and 4 : the artist forgot to draw the blood and the claw marks on the body of the sport girl . in the previous chapter , the cat clawed her and her body was bloody :

page 1 : looks like the artist changes the design of the ninja girl : her twin tails become shorter , her bra becomes smaller , her body becomes shorter and fatter .

I never thought that these experiences will "change him as a person", but just change his immediate behavior, in this particular moment.
I expected the kid to be more panic-driven, rather than resume shit-talking the moment he is a little bit far away from the monster.
I get the reason why he's so cocky, but it's really silly to see that behavior when he gets shut down 3 times in a row. On the 4th time, his brain needs to just shutdown, enter panic mode, and run away.

Why the lance definition?

There are some people who will literally never be able to truly be humbled within their own head, and as soon as they see that they're on top again, will start gloating away. Not to mention, the character's a kid of some upper echelon piece of trash, and has had his whole life being taught this kind of class-ist pride. It's going to take more than just a handful of moments to change that kid's way of thinking, and it won't get any better if he's safely returned to his father either. They'll just return to shit talking the heroes and saying that their money they're "donating" to them is being wasted

I never seen a character so hell-bent determined on crossing the douchebaggery event-horizon, that even after being humbled 3 times in a row, he still trash talks at the slightest sign of victory.
At that point, you should have the slightest bits of intellect to know to shut up. That just goes to show you that even being an annoying wretch has its purpose in stories, if it gets the audience riled up like this.

Glad my girl Captain is fine. Also that shit with gear-esper was rad. Always thought something was off with him. Turns out he's gotta self limit his power otherwise he passes out. Interesting.

Drive Knight was last seen as he was battling Atomic Samurai while disguised as the robot G5.

@Lewdhandholding he was talking a "proper" translation, Anego is just somewhat transliteration that works in some cases if the readers already know what it means, if they don't it will not help much. In the raw, they don't even use that word, it is 御大 instead, which only means "boss", no gender specific even. Also, if I am right, Anego is a way of calling when you are a subordinate of that person or some sort, not used when you are referring to a third party with little to none fascination.

drive knight 's last appearance is around chapter 93 :

during the monsters 's multiple raids , he killed some monsters , then tortured 1 monster to death to get information , then he went down the monster maze all by himself , in chapter 67 .

now he is back on the surface again , so this probably means that in the monster maze , a strong monster beat the sh!t out of him , so he ran back to the surface with his tail between his legs , lol .

@JakkRo i dont know exactly what chapter but he was interrogating a monster during the wide spread city attacks and went MIA after entering one of the monster hole that lead into the monster lair.
