Like i said, in this manga the MCs mental age is clearly of an older person so the power dynamic isnt as huge compared to what one with his sister is. It doesnt matter whether he is in a kids body we as the audience know he is actually a 20 sumthin old man in a high schoolers body. If this was about him having a relationship with his sister it would receive a lot more criticism from us the audience cause we know he is an older personal mentally while his sister is clearly physically and mentally younger on top of it being incest. Even if the laws against incest are not the same as one with a minor and adult(which are both reprehensible)an incest relationship with a blood relative that is openly known is more or less as socially suicidal.

There is a reason incest is really only openly celebrated in fantasy but not reality. Thats why its a common joke that only hicks/country bumpkins are the ones who bone their blood relatives cause they couldnt possibly do better lol. So yea legally incest may not be as bad as pedophilia but socially the repercussions are as Damning. Incest between two adults is not banned since two adults consenting to a relationship isnt something the government feels a need to interfere with. However in this manga we as the audience know its not exactly identical to pedophilia we are familiar with because it lacks the complete power dynamic of the younger person not actually being as young as he is due to him being the 10 years older version of himself in a kids body. The biggest red flag about pedophilia is the power dynamic of a older person who is older and wiser due to age taking advantage of a young, naive, and impressionable child. This manga has none of that power dynamic between minor and adult since the minor isn't really a minor in the strictness sense but an adult in a kids body.
