@XionSteel I hate to be that kind of person but I need to set the record straight. The fan translated WN is still going on but it is done by a different person and the work is published in a quite secluded fans server, so it is understandable that not so many people know about this. Also the fan translated is currently on par with the JP LN version for no one knows how long. |

@MiiaBestWaifu - touya's internal monologue tends to be the best part in situations, which both the anime and manga leave out for the most part. His op'ness never really goes away and he tends to deal with all situations with no real effort, but as the world expands and the overall story shift gears (it changes pretty frequently) its more then enough to keep you invested. Also the addition of side stories that show his progress with his companions and friends are nice additions to break up the main story. Right now the officially translated LN just took over the fan translated WN (which is now dead due to the LN catching up). 14 volumes and counting, all i can say is have fun, cause i sure as hell did and still am. The author puts a lot into his world building and overall relationships with each character. |

@MiiaBestWaifu - the book is always better, but it depends on what you're looking for. Book tends to spend more time on technical details, but it's still a fact he just defeated an army in a couple of minutes without giving them a chance to fight back. Or that people keep being lucky to have him around when they need him - this sort of luck seems to apply to all people in the story. On a good side, as the story goes on, challenges he faces become more appropriate for him and his party. |

the anime is (for me) 5/10 (i cant resolve to put something less than 5 because even if some story are shit the artist try to do his job) the manga for now amuse me more but still bad, someone read the ln? is it better? |
