The strangest thing about this comic is that all the strong humans are Chinese, whereas all the gods are from every other pantheons, except for Chinese gods, who are only hinted at but was not present in the tournament.

it's actually referring to lu bu's weapon: it's often translated as 'sky piercer.' and sky is often synonymous with heavens in Chinese.
