This chapter makes it even more obvious that Minori is not a tsundere.

I don't blame the MC for being nervous around them.

1) they are high maintenance.
2) their families are pretty powerful, so if he screws up with them then his parents can lose their jobs or worse.

I'm pretty sure Minori probably begged her dad to let her go stay with Konoe.
I'm also pretty sure that Konoe's mom is probably trying to set him up with Tsubasa. She probably wants a rich daughter-in-law.

Btw, it seems to me that Minori has almost completely ditched the tsundere act. The only instance I saw was her reminding the MC that she was his master after he asked if she was worrying about him. Not that I'm complaining about this development; it makes her even more adorable.
